2025 MCTM Contest
*** The 2025 contest will be considerably different than previous contests. Participants will test within their grade band (7-8, 9-10, 11-12). Every participant will take three tests, and the topics will be based on the math standards of their grade band. The three tests will include a Multiple Choice Test, a Numerical Response Test, and a Team Test. Questions on the first two tests will have point values based on the difficulty of the questions.
These sample tests are grade band 7-8 difficulty and demonstrate the test setup used on all grade bands. The topics included on the grade band tests are from the Montana State Math Content Standards.
